I found this project at GetAFreelancer:

Looking for Freelancer or Freelance Group to work for 20-30% interest in Company

I am currently building a new company concept that has been used over seas recently and not yet in the US. It involves using current web based software that already exists, but we have to pay a monthly fee to use.
We want to have this web service duplicated so we can use and resell it. I have spoken to three large web development firms, all of which gave different prices ranging between 14,000 and 20,000 with hours of work between 190-343.

The service we offer has a minimum monthly fee of $99 and goes all the way to thousands per month. The similar company in england just sold for 11 million to a large call center. With the web software developed exactly how we need it, we can gain between 100 and 300 new clients per month. If we had the software now, we already have a large company with over 300 franchises looking to offer our service to each one of their franchises.

If your a freelancer who can handle, AJAX, PHP, SQL, JAVA, .NET, and Web Design and would like to take a 20-30% share in the company please contact me. This is a very serious offer and to hear complete details about what you would be developing we require you sign a non-compete in the event you choose not to sign on. If the company in england just sold for 11 millon, whats 20-30% of that? Profit Sharing would begin 6 months after site is launched with a lump payout of profits up to date, and a quarterly profit share there after until company is sold in which you would obviously take your share of selling price. With only 300 clients signed up the gross income would be $29,700 a month with overhead for the company ranging between 5-7,000 a month depending on variables. That leaves over 20,000 a month of which 20-30% would be yours.

The development of this project is complicated and if you don’t have a full knowledge of the fields listed you probably wont be able to complete it. We welcome teams of freelancers, or even SMALL development firms… anyone who can develop what is needed.

I look forward to hearing from you guys,
Justin W.
